Friday Meetup: 6 PM – 10 PM – Hands on the topics!

Initial meeting to define the general framework: the organizing team will share the preliminary work, we’ll collaborate on identifying the main problems, tools and methods, and then groups will self-assemble around challenges and begin discussing solutions.

Saturday Sessions: 10 AM – open – The core day

Groups will work autonomously and facilitators will help them stay focused on their challenges while encouraging exchange and cross-fertilization amongst all participants.

Sunday Session: 10 AM – 6 PM – Wrapping up and next steps

Morning: finish prototypes
Early afternoon: present the results
Late afternoon: build the basis for the next steps
